How far in advance should I reserve transportation?
As soon as you have a date. Availability depends on the date and vehicle type, and dates for weddings, prom, and other peak-season events tend to fill up first. That said, last-minute requests are welcome whenever a vehicle is available — call to check.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
Pickup location, destination, date, approximate pickup time, and passenger count, plus a vehicle preference if you have one. Share those details on the contact page or by phone and we'll follow up with a confirmed quote.
Which airports do you serve?
Airport transportation is available to major regional airports throughout Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and surrounding areas, including Bradley International Airport, JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, Westchester County Airport, Tweed New Haven Airport, Boston Logan International Airport, and Rhode Island T. Can you transport larger groups?
Yes. In addition to sedans and SUVs for smaller parties, sprinter vans and party buses are available for larger groups — see our fleet and group transportation.
Which vehicle works best for luggage?

Do you provide wedding guest shuttles?
Yes. In addition to transportation for the couple and wedding party, guest shuttle service can be arranged — see wedding transportation.
Can groups book transportation together for prom?

Do you provide party buses for concerts and nights out?

Can an itinerary include multiple stops?
Yes. Multi-stop itineraries are available on several services, including party bus rentals and group transportation — share your planned stops when requesting a quote so they can be confirmed in advance.
