Terms of Service

Last updated: July 29, 2026

These terms apply to chauffeured transportation services booked through United Coach & Limousine, LLC ("United Coach & Limousine," "we," "us"). By requesting or booking a trip, you agree to these terms.

Requests and confirmations

A trip request submitted by phone or through this site is a request only and is not confirmed until we've followed up with you and confirmed vehicle, pricing, and timing details.

Vehicle availability and classes

Vehicle categories shown on this site (see the Fleet page) are representative vehicle classes, not a guarantee of a specific make, model, or unit. The exact vehicle assigned to your trip, along with its confirmed passenger and luggage capacity and amenities, is provided at the time of booking and may differ from the examples shown on this site.

Pickup times and wait time

Pickup times are scheduled in advance and confirmed with you before your trip. Any wait-time allowance or additional charge for delays on your end will be communicated at the time of booking.

Changes, cancellations, deposits, and payment

Requests to change or cancel a confirmed trip should be made as far in advance as possible by contacting us directly. Any deposit, cancellation charge, or payment terms that apply to your trip will be disclosed to you at the time of booking rather than assumed from this page.

Overtime

If your trip runs longer than the time originally booked, any additional charge for the extra time will be confirmed with you as soon as it's reasonably possible to do so.

Cleaning and damage

You're responsible for damage to a vehicle caused by you or your guests beyond normal wear, including excessive cleaning required after your trip. Any related charge will be based on the actual cost incurred.

Passenger conduct

Passengers are expected to treat the chauffeur and vehicle with respect. We reserve the right to end a trip early, without refund, if a passenger's conduct creates a safety risk to themselves, other passengers, or the chauffeur.

Alcohol and smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Alcohol consumption is subject to applicable state and local law, including minimum age requirements — passengers are responsible for complying with the law regardless of what is or isn't permitted inside the vehicle.

Minors and prom transportation

For trips involving passengers under 18, including prom and other formal-event transportation, a parent or guardian is responsible for confirming trip details and agreeing to these terms on the minor's behalf.

Child seats, pets, and accessibility

If your trip requires a child seat, involves a pet, or has an accessibility need, let us know when you request your quote so we can confirm whether it can be accommodated for your specific trip — these are not standing guarantees across every vehicle in our fleet.

Weather, road conditions, and delays outside our control

We'll make reasonable efforts to keep your trip on schedule, but we're not responsible for delays caused by weather, road or traffic conditions, flight delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Lost property

If you believe you left an item in one of our vehicles, contact us as soon as possible and we'll make reasonable efforts to locate and return it. We're not responsible for items left behind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Coach & Limousine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our transportation services, beyond the cost of the service provided.

Third-party reservation providers

We do not currently book trips through a third-party reservation platform. If that changes, this section will describe how that platform's terms interact with ours.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
